My practice is in inspired by Simon Borg-Olivier, Qi Gong and most influential, MY BREATH.
Use this practice as an opportunity to explore the natural movement within your body. Where does the breath take the body.
I recommend for the 2nd time and or 3rd time of doing this practice, put your favourite dancing music on and just follow and flow until your moving on your own!
