Luna Samantha Cambiassi is originally from the tropical jungle in Guatemala. She left her native country when she was 21 years old and now she has traveled around the world, following her heart, she had the opportunity to complete her training for Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher in India, at the foot of the Himalayas in the capital of Yoga “Rishikesh” in 2014. Through the intense physical and spiritual training that she has practiced since then, she learned ways to find inner rest and the power to overcome the obstacles and problems found on the way of life, she seeks to positively and constructively transmit that to her students. The philosophy of the yoga lessons that she teaches it’s well described in this proverb: “If one lights a fire for others, it will also brighten one’s own way.”
She has taught regular individual and group hours in Norway, Indonesia, France, Guatemala, Australia and Austria. She also puts into practice and can teach the principles of Meditation and breathing techniques, such as Pranayama as well as Nutrition for health and quality of life.
